Our goals for a great cocktail or mocktail start with fresh
When searching for the right items to go into our beverages, we found a lot of chemicals, cancer causing dyes, and things you don't want to use that change the taste of a fresh drink. So we did our research, took some classes, studied, watched chefs on you tube.
We decided we could make some great quality, locally sourced, beverage enhancements to use. We have a commissary kitchen, with commercial grade cookers, sanitized stations, inspected by the state, and safe for use. We make custom syrups, dehydrated fruits, cocktail cherries, bitters, salts, and sugars. Constantly changing things up. If we sell out, more will be made. Seasonal stuff, get it now while it lasts.
